After 15 years Joe Heeney, the founder retired from the local charity Resolve and the new CEO Laura Hyde takes over.
“After almost fifteen years to the day we first started, I have come to the end of my time leading Resolve. It has been an incredible journey both for Resolve and for me personally. As we know from just £500 to where Resolve is today is too incredible even me to contemplate, but I could not have done any of it alone. The list of friends, supporters, partners and funders is too great to list here, but I thank each and every person who has been a part of Resolve’s journey these last fifteen years and sincerely hope that you will continue to support the work of Resolve as the charity moves on into the future.
Resolve’s new CEO, Laura Hyde, has now taken up the challenge of taking Resolve on to the next level, building on these last fifteen years, facing new challenges, but I know she will ensure Resolve continues to provide the services our community needs and values.” – Joe Heeney
